Privacy Policy

DraftDox helps real estate agents write offers and listings, fill in the forms, and get them signed from their phone. This page explains what information the app uses, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Your account. Your name, license number, email, phone, and any photo or logo you add.
- Your deals. What you type into a deal: client names and contact info, the property address, prices, dates and terms, and the forms the app builds for you.
- Signatures. When someone signs, we keep their signature and initials, the name they typed, when they opened the link, agreed to sign electronically and signed, and their device's internet address and type of phone or browser. This goes on the signing certificate attached to the signed copy.
- Screenshots you add. When you use "Fill it in from a screenshot," the picture is sent to an AI service that reads the listing details off it. We do not keep the picture, and that service does not use it to train its models.
- Contacts you pick. When you tap "Pull from my contacts," iPhone shows its own contact list. Only the one contact you pick comes into the app. We never see the rest of your contacts.
- Photos and camera. Only the photo you pick or take for a house.
Payments
When paid plans open, payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your plan, billing dates and the last four digits of your card so you can manage your subscription.
What we look up for you
To save you typing, the app looks up public information: county appraisal district records (owner, legal description, year built), the Texas Real Estate Commission license list, listing details on public real estate websites, and a map address search that suggests addresses as you type. We send those services the address or name you typed and nothing else about you.
Where it's kept
Your deals and settings are stored on secure servers so they show up on every phone you use. Each brokerage's information is kept apart from every other brokerage. When you build a packet, a copy is filed for your brokerage, because Texas real estate rules require brokers to keep transaction records.
Face ID and alerts
Face ID is handled by your iPhone. DraftDox never sees your face or fingerprint. Deadline alerts are set on your phone from your own deals.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information or your clients' information.
- We don't show ads.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
Who can see your deals
You, on your own phones. Your brokerage's broker and office admin can see the packets you build. People you send something to sign see that document. No one else.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Your info and tap Delete my account. That erases your deals, settings, logo and form buttons from DraftDox on every phone. Paperwork already filed with your brokerage stays with your brokerage, since they are required to keep it. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.
Kids
DraftDox is for licensed real estate professionals. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will also show up in the app.
