I don't have a passcode
Your brokerage gives you the passcode. Ask your broker or office admin for it.
I got a new phone
On your old phone, open Your info and tap Add another phone. Then open DraftDox on the new phone within the hour, pick your name and tap Save. Your deals come right over. No old phone? Ask your office to let you back in.
Pull from my contacts doesn't open
Close DraftDox all the way and open it again. If it still won't open, type the info in for now and email us.
A form looks wrong
Email us the address of the deal and what looks off. Please don't send client documents unless we ask.
Delete my account
In the app, open Your info and tap Delete my account. Or email us and we'll do it for you. See our Privacy Policy for what gets erased.
